Stories That Connect You
After years of devouring romance novels, I started writing as a way to process some of the heavier chapters of my own life. What began as an outlet quickly became a passion as I fell in love with creating characters who are healing, starting over, and building lives they’re proud to have.
I write romance for people who know that life is about more than finding love. My stories explore resilience, humor, belonging, and the courage it takes to build a meaningful life, while celebrating the gentle, wholehearted love that makes the journey sweeter.
Through diverse, relatable characters, I hope to create stories that help readers feel seen, valued, and connected—and perhaps leave them a little more in love with life than when they turned the first page.

Hi, I’m Amy (she/her)! I’m a corporate girlie, my entire personality is my dog, and when I’m not working, you can usually find me at a local coffee shop (still working, but somewhere cute).
I collect side hustles as if I’m collecting Pokemon cards, and I love a good book! It’s great to meet you :)

Almost exclusively contemporary romance featuring gentle love, found family, and overcoming trauma. My previously published or celebrated works have been non-fiction punch prose, poetry, and an academic journal article.

An EXCELLENT question from the audience!
My goal is to query agents until the end of 2026. If I don’t find a home for my book by then (or at least an enthusiastic realtor), I’ll pursue self-publishing and try to get it into your hands soon. It’s my dream for people to read and connect with my characters, so I hope sooner rather than later!

The Wedding People by Alison Espach, The Love Hypothesis by Ali Hazelwood, Out on a Limb by Hannah Bonam-Young, Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo, and House in the Cerulean Sea by T. J. Klune.

On the spice scale, my books are firmly in the mild salsa category. Some readers think black pepper is pushing the limits, so my "mild" may still make them need a glass a milk to cool down. Others throw back spicy vindaloo daily, in which case my books will feel more like a pleasant little warmth.
Any spice in my books is meant to explore intimacy and give greater insight into how my characters experience connection.

You can expect racial and ethnic diversity, neurodiversity, mental health rep, consent kings, strong women, queer characters, found family, messy family dynamics, and some mild social commentary.
You can expect to laugh more than you cry, but you can also expect depth. Mostly, you can expect to fall in love, have a good time, and close the book feeling a little bit more connected to yourself and others.

“Final verdict: I laughed so much, teared up constantly, cried twice, audibly gasped at least three times, and absolutely fell in love with all of the characters. Like, what the heck.”
